All orders are dispatched on weekdays through Australia Post, and the delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location.

We offer a standard shipping fee of $11.99 for all orders within Australia, while orders to New Zealand have a flat rate of $15.00. 

To enjoy free shipping, simply make a purchase of $99 or more in Aus.

We currently do not offer local pick-up options. However, our dedicated team is here to ship our orders as fast as possible.

Our planners are manufactured in China by a company with FSC certification. We prioritise sustainability by using recyclable packaging for our planners and boxes. Furthermore, for certain smaller items, we collaborate with Hero Packaging, a company that specialises in 100% compostable and eco-friendly packaging materials.

Currently, our planners are only available in A4 size. We greatly value your feedback and conduct an annual survey to gather input from our customers. This information is instrumental in making ongoing refinements and enhancements to our planners.

Our planners are designed to align with the Department of Education dates for 2024 as of the time of print. Each of our Signature planners is divided into the following date ranges for each term:

  • Term 1: 01/01 - 12/04
  • Term 2: 15/04 - 05/07
  • Term 3: 08/07 - 27/09
  • Term 4: 30/09 - 03/01/2025

These date ranges are structured to accommodate variations in term lengths across different states and territories. While you may not use all the weeks for a school planner, they can be helpful when planning your holidays.

In our Signature Daily and Essential planners, dedicated spaces for weekends are provided. However, for our Signature and Classic Weeklies, specific weekend sections are not included. Instead, these planners feature an open area beneath the weekly to-do list, which can be customised to accommodate weekends as per your preference.

Currently, we only ship to New Zealand. We recommend carefully reviewing the information on our website listings to determine if our planners will meet your needs. While our planners are primarily tailored for the Australian market, they may still be adaptable to your requirements.

The key distinction between our Signature Range (both Signature Weekly and Signature Daily) and our Classic planners is the binding method. Our Signature planners are bound using metal coils, while the Classic planners are case bound. When opened, the Classic planners lay flat on a desk, and they do not incorporate a coil binding.

While our planners have been primarily designed with Australian primary teachers in mind, they are adaptable for various settings. Many of our customers use them for secondary education, homeschooling, and even for personal life planning. To assist with any questions, we've curated a video library. Our planners are professionally manufactured to ensure consistent quality for all customers. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate customisations or personalised design changes.

Regrettably, we will not be restocking any of our planners this year, including both Daily planners and those currently marked as out of stock on our website. We understand that this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When a product is marked as a pre-order, it signifies that it will be dispatched at a later date. The estimated dispatch date for pre-order items is specified on our website. If your order includes any pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order when all items are available. Our Classic planners are currently available for pre-order, with an anticipated stock arrival in late November. In case of significant delays, we will keep you informed via email (the email you provided during the purchase).

Schools can place orders directly on our website. If you're ordering 20 or more planners, you can enjoy a 30% discount at checkout by using the code: SCHOOLORDER.

Please note that our Classic Planners are scheduled to begin dispatching from November 30th onwards.

Yes, if you order 8 or more planners in a single transaction, you will receive an automatic 15% discount applied at checkout. For larger orders of 20 or more planners, a 30% discount will also be applied automatically at checkout.

We've discontinued monogramming to improve efficiency and meet the growing demand while maintaining quality. Monogramming, though loved, adds significant time to production. This change helps streamline processes, allocate resources, and ensures timely deliveries. While we understand its importance, we apologise for any inconvenience and remain dedicated to offering unique, customisable planners through alternative designs and features.

You can return your unused and resalable items for a full refund within 30 days. Please include your order number with the return. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
