DO you have any 2020 planners available?

Unfortunately we are completely sold out.

WHEN WILL PRE-ORDERS BE DISPATCHED?

Pre-orders for both our daily and lay flat planner (as well as a few currently sold out spiral weekly designs listed on our site) are expected to be dispatched by the 11th September at the latest. If there are any delays beyond this, we will get in touch with you and let you know of any changes. All products that are listed as ‘coming soon’ are the products that are pre-ordered stock.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, your order will be sent once all items have arrived so they can be shipped together. If you want to get any stock that is available now, you will need to place two seperate orders.

THE PLANNER I’M AFTER IS SOLD OUT! WILL YOU BE GETTING ANY MORE IN STOCK?

Each of our planners are limited edition designs and we only print a certain number of each. If we do sell out early, there is a possibility that we may reorder but there are no guarantees. Reprints are also determined by contracts we have with artists – we are only allowed a certain number of copies for each. 

We absolutely want everyone to get their perfect planning companion, so to stay up to date with preorders and release dates each year, we’d love for you to
join our mailing list.

Will you be releasing a digital version again?

While we won’t be releasing a digital PDF Teacher Planner to our (Jo’s) Teachers Pay Teachers like in the past, there IS something in the making that may excite you if you’re looking for a digital planning companion. 

We’ll be releasing details to the incredible Mrs Edgar’s community once available.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

We certainly do (and we are so appreciative of your tremendous support – thank you!).

If you’re ordering 8 or more planners in one transaction, you will receive 15% off your order. Discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

There is a flat rate shipping of $9.95 on all planner orders, and $5.00 on sticker books and greeting cards (no matter how many your order!). 

AND if you spend $80 or more, shipping is free Australia-wide!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We want you to know exactly when your planning companion will be in your hands. 

As soon as your planner is on it’s way, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provide with instructions on how to check your parcel’s status as it makes its way from Mrs Edgar’s home to yours. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders are delivered on weekdays by Australia Post and delivery time will vary depending on your location. As a general guide, your parcel will take between 2-10 business days to arrive, however, Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network during the Coronavirus pandemic. Please allow additional time to receive your order.

We work very hard behind the scenes and in peak order times, we appreciate you allowing a little additional processing time. When we are experiencing any delays, our website banner will update to let you know when to expect your order to be shipped. We promise though your parcel will be on its way ASAP! 

when to order for christmas?

Australia Post are recommending all items are lodged by Saturday, 12th December 2020 for delivery within Australia by Christmas.


Do you do international orders?

At this stage, our planners are only shipped within Australia and to New Zealand. This is due to the planner contents being tailored to Australian teachers, and include Australian school terms and public holidays. We are also experiencing worldwide impacts to how mail is being received worldwide due to the pandemic.

How sustainable is your production process?

Our planners are manufactured in China by a company that is FSC certified. We try to limit our use of non-recyclable materials and so, package our planners in recyclable boxes and tissue paper. We also use Hero Packaging to ship our sticker books. Hero is a company who use 100% compostable and eco-friendly packaging materials, made in Australia. Unfortunately our confetti, still present from last year, do contain gold foil which means it cannot be recycled, but once we have run out of this, we will be switching over to completely recyclable materials. We do have bubble wrap sleeves that protect our planners from China to Australia, and then this is given away to small businesses who will reuse it, free of charge. Finally, we have a pick up recycle waste bin only on site.

We want nothing but the best for our incredible teaching community. That’s why if you’re not 100% in love with your planner or any items purchased, send them back and we’ll give you your money back (minus non-refundable delivery costs for change of mind returns).
