HAPPY OR YOUR MONEY BACK!

So you bought it and it's not quite what you had in mind? No worries! If you’re not happy with your planner or any items purchased from us then simply send it back for a full refund within 30 days via our Returns Portal, provided your product is unused and in resalable condition. Don't forget to let us know your order number also! It's important to us that you're happy with your purchase.

We will refund you by the same method as your original payment for products. If the returns criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange.

Please note
For change of mind on returns, the delivery fee is non-refundable. If the purchase was made through a buy now pay later facility, the refunded money will be returned to the account in which the items were purchased, and the balance will then be adjusted accordingly. If a product is faulty, you can return any product at any time provided you have proof of purchase.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Simply head to our Returns Portal. Ensure you have your order number and the email address with which you placed the order. This can be found in your order confirmation email.
