Jess is a proud Muthi Muthi woman and educator from Naarm. She believes that connecting to culture is key to finding a sense of belonging and identity. Painting became a way for her to reconnect with her heritage and express herself authentically. Through her artwork, Jess invites others to explore the stories and experiences embedded in each piece, creating opportunities for people to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
